About the Program
This program is designed to help you move through a personal transition towards your own transformation. Whether you’re moving in with a new partner or getting divorced; starting a new career or losing a job; making a new habit or breaking an old one; moving out of home for the first time or going into retirement; or any number of other personal changes, making a transition can feel overwhelming.
This program provides you with personalised coaching sessions to help you make a smooth transition towards your new normal. During this program we use various tools and techniques to help you work through your change process and remove your internal and external barriers to success. We work together to harness your strengths and manage your weaknesses and create a transformation action plan that helps you navigate your way towards a bright, happy, and healthy future.
This Program includes:
✪. 45-minute initial consultation to discuss your change and transformation needs.
✪ Detailed Human Design Analysis.
✪. Tailored personal action plan to help you navigate through the transformation process.
✪. 6 x 1-hour personal coaching sessions (through zoom) to guide you through the transition.
✪. Weekly email check in and access to Amber through voice message and email.
✪. Personal homework/activities to complete in-between sessions to keep you on track.
What's covered during the coaching sessions
Each person’s change journey is unique. Each person will transition through change at their own pace and with their own barriers, blocks, old patterns, resistance, conditioning, trauma, mindset, and personal needs to be able to successfully transition towards transformation. Therefore, what is covered in each coaching sessions will be guided by your needs and the nature of your transformation.
Each week you will make progress towards your personalised action plan and together we will tweak it as required to ensure it continues to meet your needs. During these sessions we work towards your transformation while helping you decondition, work on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual blocks and help you create new pathways towards your desired future.. At the conclusion of the program, we work together to ensure you are prepared for what's next and you are fully equipped to navigate your way on your own into the future.
