Prueann Browning

Everything Prueann teaches is grounded in lived experience.

Her philosophy has shaped every major decision in her life: she chooses the fear of regret over the fear of change.

Change can be uncomfortable. It asks us to let go of what's familiar, step into uncertainty and trust ourselves before we have all the answers. But regret, the quiet knowing that we didn't honour what we truly wanted… is something she refuses to carry.

That belief has guided how she lives, how she leads and how she supports others.

Through Human Design, NLP, Reiki and intentional mindset strategies, Prueann helps people reconnect with themselves so they can make courageous, aligned decisions, not because fear disappears but because they become clear on which fear they're willing to live with.
